Dropped off my car this morning, and it was ready in about 5 hours. (which is about time it takes for a detail) I got a full interior and exterior detail with clay bar treatment. The car is immaculate. Showroom quality definitely.
Best part, he went over everything he did on the car with me.
If you value your car and want to catch looks when you're driving down the street, go to Jay. Or, if your ride has lost some of its original lustre, take it to Jay.

I couldn't be happier with Auto Detail Chicago (ADC)!!! Jay is a wonderful businessman who knows how to take care of his customers. I found ADC on Yelp and chose them for the great recommendations I read and also for the great deal Jay was offering for the month of April.
I made my appointment for a date that was convenient for me. I dropped my car off with Jay at 9am on April 26th and he promised it would be ready in the early part of the afternoon. Jay called at 1pm to let me know the car would be ready to pickup at 2pm.
The car (2006 BMW Z4) looked incredible. I get weekly car washes where I park my car, but the full detail that Jay provided made the car look showroom new inside and out. He even took special care around areas that need additional attention. He almost completely buffed out a door ding.
When I picked up the car Jay even spent time explaining all the special work he had done. I would have gladly paid the full price for this detail.
I have already recommended ADC to a friend who has already scheduled an appointment for April 29th.
If you don't get your car detailed by Auto Detail Chicago you are most likely getting overcharged and not getting the customer service you deserve.
BTW...the location is very convenient if you work in the downtown area and convenient to catch public transportation or a cab to and from the place.

Would highly recommend this place! Our car was in serious need of a good clean up so we took it to Jay to get a full detail, interior and exterior. It came out looking brand new inside and out which I thought was nearly impossible for how bad of shape it was in when I dropped it off. Jay was really accomodating with drop off & pick up times and he took the time to walk me through everything once it was finished.
Location is really convenient for anyone working downtown or in the loop. Overall, this place was really reasonable and I thought they did a fantastic job. Will definitely go back again!

Got to go with Jay! Jay was the a very professional, and really friendly person to his customers. I made a last minute appointment with him that same day to get my car detailed, at the special offer that he is offering right now for full service, car washed, waxed, and interior detailing. I have a 2006 Nissan Maxima, and I'm a very busy college student, so if you want to see a junkie car with books, and papers everywhere, checkout my car! However, I dropped off my with him stop at a Starbucks to study, and Jay is calling me already! My car was perfect! Jay removed stains out of my carpet and dirt marks off the vinyl that I thought that couldn't be removed. I went into my car and it's like I just bought it from the dealership, all that was missing was the new car smell, wish that had a spray for it, because I could of pulled it off as being one. He also left a nice folded lint blue cloth on top of the front center console, for dusting off later the dash board once the car began to get dirty again. Which gave the theme of a five star hotel. He cares about his customer, he even ask you what specific key areas you want him to focus on. Highly recommend him!

Take your car to this guy... period. Jay completely works miracles. I had recently purchased a car that had not been taken care of at all by the previous owner. Dirty as dirty can get. I was thinking for the money Jay was charging that he would just do your average clean to the inside and out and that would be it. I got a completley different car back. My 2004 looks like it just came out of the lot. I am not kidding. For the price you won't be able to find anyone else that can do a better job. Jay is a cool, honest guy who will treat your car as if it's his own!
